Return and Refund Policy

 

At Pinauto, we understand that sometimes a product may not fully meet your expectations. That’s why we offer the option to return your product under certain conditions.


Non-returnable items

  • Gift cards

  • Downloadable software

  • Certain health and personal care items, especially for hygiene reasons, cannot be returned unless they are defective or the size is incorrect.


Return conditions
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Returns must be made within 30 days of delivery.


Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also inform you whether your refund has been approved or rejected.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain number of days.


Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Sale items
Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.


Exchanges
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it—unused and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required. You may return the item within 30 days for any reason. If you wish to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us by email at info@pinauto-store.com and send your item.


Shipping
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you are shipping an item over €75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
